HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM (PHYSICAL GOODS ONLY)

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email support@net365.biz to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:
Returns Team, Net365 Ltd, 32 The Hardings, Welton, Lincolnshire, LN2 3FE
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.



REFUNDING NON-DIGITAL GOODS

Un-Used Net365 Community wireless credits can be refunded back on request. The minimum we will refund is £2.00 and is subject to a flat fee of 50p to cover processing. Please email support@net365.biz to request this.



RETURN/REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened or activated. These include software and Internet Vouchers (top-up and single use).

Network equipment that has been installed and show signs of use are not returnable unless there is a fault with the device.

If the item was “ordered in” as a special order (a part we do not keep in stock) these items are not returnable unless it is faulty.



RESTOCKING FEE

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.



EXCHANGES

If your item is in “like new” condition, you may exchange the item for a different make/model. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
