Sign Up For Net365

Before you sign up for an account with Net365, you MUST check that you are on a site that has already been enabled by us or near a public hotspot.

If you cannot see a network with the name ending in _Net365.biz at your property you will need a subscriber terminal installing before you can use your account with our service. This is usually free if you're in a student house containing 4 or more students. You will need to ring us and get this done before you create an account. Please ring us at 01427 900100 to arrange a survey.

Signing Up – Is your internet provided by the landlord or not?

We have changed the sign up process for houses and Halls of residence where the landlord pays for the base package. If the landlord pays for your Base internet package you should have been given a username and password from them. If not please contact them for it.

If your landlord does not pay for the internet and you yourself are paying, please select one of the packages available. More details on the different packages can be found here.

On the next page you will need to enter your details to create a Net365 Community wireless account. To do this you will need the following:

Full Name

Address where the service is being received (very important)

Mobile Phone Number (We will send you a text to validate your account)

Email Address (We will send you emails when your account is due to expire)

The name of the broadband package you wish to subscribe to.

Please Note: Student packages can only be used in student enabled sites / student hotspots. The system will reject logins from non student sites e.g. Rural Connect enabled buildings and some non student buildings

You will need to Top-Up your account using a Debit/Credit Card or Paypal prior to being allowed to log on to the internet for the first time.

Visit www.communitywireless.net/topup.html at any time to top up your account.

Legal bit:

Please read our refund policy and our general terms and conditions. You will be bound by them once you sign up.

Thanks for your patience in reading the above. Reading the above will save you time in the long run if you get stuck on the next page.
