Creating your Net365 Account

Instructions for Creating your new account.

Please read this page fully before carrying out any action.

We currently offer 3 Packages. They are called TruSpeed Lite, TruSpeed Standard and TruSpeed Deluxe. Please make sure you know what one you would like to subscribe to. For more information please click here

Special Note for residents in Forster Halls.

There is no signal on the side of Forster Halls that faces the snooker club. Please do not sign up until you have contacted us with your room number so we can confirm you will receive a good signal.

Special Note for residents in Arkwright Halls.

The Public Hotspot by your building is not ready for service yet. Please contact us for updates.

Some useful notes before you use the sign up page

Usernames can only contain letters and numbers. No special characters like !"£$%^&*()-_=@?><;:~#. (also no spaces).

Please give your term time address and not your home address.

Once you are signed up you will need to top-up your account by logging into the management area and selecting purchase service from the menu at the top of the screen.

Enter "1" as the amount and click the purchase service button at the bottom of the page

You have 2 options from here on:-

If you have a paypal account you can purchase your service instantly. Select paypal as your preferred payment and follow the onscreen instructions. When payment is complete your account will be fully activated and you can log on to the internet

If you do not have a paypal account You can still pay via debit/credit card by using our alternative payment portal at www.net365.biz/cw/topup.html (this method is not instant and may take up to 24 hours)

You can also top-up your account via a pre-pay voucher available from selected outlets around Bradford (coming soon)
